RETURNS POLICY
We will happily accept returns on full priced items purchased on www.nicholasthelabel.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as received with all tags attached and in original packaging. For your item to be eligible for a refund, your must request a return authorization within 7 days of your delivery date.
Returns that fall outside 7 days from delivery will be not be accepted. ITEMS PURCHASED ON FINAL SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING CHARGES
Returns within Australia are subject to a return charge of AUD $20
International returns are subject to a return charge of $30 AUD
Return shipping charges will be deducted from the total of your refund
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Email hello@nicholasthelabel.com to obtain your Return Authorisation. Please quote your order number, item and the reason you wish to return.
2. Our team will reply with instructions, shipping label and any commercial invoices if required to complete your return. Please ensure you pack your item securely into the satchel it arrived in and include the return form and original packing slip
3. Print your return shipping label and securely attach to the outside of the package. Make sure the previous shipping label is removed or covered by the new one.
4. Drop your return off to any Auspost location. For international orders drop your return off to any DHL location, or schedule a pick up online at DHL.com
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our quality control team.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed to the same credit card used to make the payment.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Your refund will be for the cost of the item purchased minus the return shipping charge. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed.
