We are pleased to offer free standard shipping and free returns to addresses within Mainland USA.

Depending on when you need to receive your new purchase, we offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs.

USA

• USPS Ground  2 - 5 DAYS FREE 

• UPS 2nd 2 DAY  $15 

• UPS Priority Air NEXT DAY  $25

AUSTRALIA

• DHL Express 3-4 days $30 AUD

INTERNATIONAL

• DHL Express 3-4 days $20 USD

ORDER PROCESSING

We ship orders from Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.

All orders received prior to 12pm (Pacific Standard Time) will ship on the same day. Orders received after 12pm will ship on the following day.

During peak periods such as Sale, Promotions or Holiday periods, please expect a delay in the processing of your order and allow up to 2-3 business days for your item to ship.

Please note that these are the shipping windows quoted by the carriers.

Please be mindful that on the rare occasion your order may be impacted by customs delays or delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, natural disasters, or international public holidays. Whilst we don’t have control over this, we will always help wherever we can to expedite things.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email or SMS notification (according to your preference) containing shipping confirmation and tracking information. 

You can follow the progress of your order at any time by logging into MY ACCOUNT or simply clicking on the link in the notification email.  

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

We offer a flat rate of $30 AUD for Express shipping to Australia through DHL Worldwide Express.  Transit time is 3-4 days for metro cites. For areas outside of metro, please add 1-2 days.

When shopping in Australia, prices are displayed and charged in AUD.

Please note that the recipient is responsible for any associated duties and taxes, and that these fees are due upon delivery. You agree that Nicholas is not responsible for these costs and that we have no control over their amounts.
For an estimate on duties and taxes into your country please contact your Customs Authority.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer a flat rate of $20 USD through DHL Worldwide Express.  Transit time is 3-4 days for metro cites. For areas outside of metro, please add 1-2 days.

PACKAGING

In our ongoing efforts to support sustainability, every order is mindfully and minimally packaged using eco-friendly and 100% recycled materials. 

Our reusable shipping satchels are made from limestone waste and non-toxic recycled resin. You can recycle it along with soft plastics in your household waste. 

No trees were cut down in the packaging of your order! 
Our stickers and shipping labels are the most eco-friendly on the market. Completely recycled and recyclable - even the backing.

Our tissue paper and return forms are also 100% recycled, and of course recyclable.

Please REUSE, REPURPOSE or RECYCLE our packaging. 

RETURNS

Nicholas gladly accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days of the item’s ship date, provided that all original tags are attached.

PRE-ORDER

Items available for preorder appear with the option to “Preorder” rather than “Add to Cart”; the estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. When purchasing an item available for preorder, you will be charged immediately. Once your preordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
